Eathos, Baggot Street

Eathos opened their doors on Baggot street recently serving up fresh, health-conscious food. In the same week where I was feeling particularly guilty about my dining habits I got an awful hankering for breakfast out so thought this to be the perfect choice. It was a blissfully sunny day in Dublin so we were delighted to see seating in a shaded area out the back… we parked ourselves there to eagerly await our first meal of the day.

Their decor is very modern; bright and minimal; the perfect base to allow all focus to fall on the food. There were numerous delicious looking healthy treats being piled high in anticipation of a heavy footfall for lunch service but we decided to go ahead & order off the breakfast menu as planned.

There were few options but it was apparent that these had been well curated. The dishes were deliciously fresh and seemingly simple until you tuck in; rich truffle oil and perfect seasoning had been added making for an unexpected twist. Fresh and delicious.
