Mulligan's, Stoneybatter
MULLIGANS, STONEYBATTER
MENU/DISHES:
We went for the pork belly, herb crumbed haddock and a special… and of course some scotch eggs to start, they’re amazing! I love Mulligan’s menu & think they’ve do an amazing take on classic Irish food with flare.
PRICE POINT:
It is a little pricier than my average mid-week dining choice but I’ve been here before & feel that the dishes aren’t wildly over-priced for what you’re getting.
ATMOSPHERE:
Brilliant atmosphere, bustling without feeling crowded. A great mix of locals & tourists.
SERVICE:
The staff are genuine & attentive being more than happy to suggest dishes & various drinks to match.
WHY I LIKED IT ENOUGH TO SHARE:
Very few places have mastered the Irish cuisine done in a creative way. Yes, you can find plenty of places that’ll dish you out a bowl of stew for your dinner but Mulligan’s have approached some classically Irish eats in a really beautiful way.
PERFECT FOR:
Impressing friends visiting from overseas.
