Neon, Camden Street

This is a spot that I’ve been meaning to check out for a very long time as I’m a huge fan of Asian food. Seeing that they serve the food in takeout boxes reminiscent of classic friends episodes only furthered my longing to get my ass down there!

Its a bustling, casual dining experience… perfect as a spot to meet a few friends for a bite to eat although, the bench seating is a bit of a pain for some (myself included) as it can make for awkward flow of conversation when you’re sitting either shoulder-to-shoulder with someone or, across from them in the ding of a busy environment.

The flavours were very authentic with the classic scents of lemongrass & ginger lingering in the air. The menu has a varied selection & the DIY ice cream cone for a messy post-dining experience is also worth the mention.

If you’re looking for a fresh Asian meal on the outskirts of the city centre, this is the spot for you.
