San Lorenzo's, George's Street
San Lorenzo’s
MENU/DISHES
We ordered the San Lorenzo’s Brunch Tacos, Coco pops crunchy french toast…. and cocktails.
PRICE POINT
Most brunch options are around €12… the bill felt fair & around what you’d expect to pay.
ATMOSPHERE/DECOR
San Lorenzos has a great atmosphere, they’ve really nailed that ‘bustling New York eatery’ vibe however on this occasion we were seated towards the back which did feel cramped with so many tables/staff/customers all trying to find their space. I wouldn’t recommend this spot if you plan to feature elaborate hand gestures in your tales of last night’s shenanigans… you’ll be sending trays flying in no time!
No faults… staff were busy but kept on top of things well.
WHY I LIKED IT ENOUGH TO SHARE
Dublin’s city center is seriously lacking in top notch brunch spots in my opinion so, its great to see San Lorenzo’s breaking the mold in terms of Dublin 1’s offerings. The atmosphere is really fun & casual, putting you in the mood for the weekend or, helping you start your weekend right there & then with some daaaangerously good cocktails (try the amaretto sour!)
PERFECT FOR
Tipsy brunch with the girls or, the morning after the night before.
