Price Point:

Full lunches come in at around €8 which is excellent for what you’re getting. I’d had a heavy night before so added 4 drinks onto my healthy lunch choice which, needless to say added a substantial amount on to my bill but its still great value overall!

The portions are also HUGE so no need to be concerned that these salads will leave you feeling hungry!

Bustling city center eatery vibe.

Service:

This is a pay at the till, get served to your table type place which is efficient and perfect for the type of service you need in a place like Sprout.

Why I liked it enough to share:

Like a lot of people these days I do make a concerted effort to eat well but often pass over the salad options in favour of what seems more filling when I’m feeling ravenous. However, Sprout would satisfy any level of hunger making it an great all-round option.
