Terra Madre, Bachelor's Walk
Terra Madre, Bachelor’s Walk
Menu/dishes:
This hidden little Italian gem has been on my list for ages as they serve up authentic Italian fare in the heart of the city.
Price Point:
This is not a cheap restaurant; two starters, two mains and two glasses of wine set us back €80 which seemed a touch steep especially considering the modest portion sizes but the ravioli is handmade with a lot of love so this labour has to be accounted for in both flavour and price point.
Atmosphere:
A tiny little romantic restaurant, felt very authentic, absolutely loved the atmosphere here.
Service:
One guy getting all the work done seemingly without any stress, exactly how it feels in this little local restaurants in Italy. He was passionate and attentive, knew the menu like the back of his hand.
Why I liked it enough to share:
The food was simply delicious, the wine selection was great and the atmosphere created a cosiness that made me want to stay forever.
Perfect for:
Date night.
