The Bernard Shaw, Dublin
I’d heard Lovin Dublin talk many times about how the Shaw had really upped their food game with Italian chefs taking over & giving the menu an interesting flare so, I thought I’d see what they were on about & head down for myself.
Something about the back of the Shaw always puts me in the mood for a few drinks so this would be the ideal breakfast spot to kick off a day of festival fun with friends. The menu is simple but well thought out… classic breakfast options with a twist.
We let the lovely staff choose us whichever type of eggs she reckoned we’d like (after about 30 seconds of conversation… no pressure!). What she chose was fresh, light & delicious. We basked in the weekend atmosphere with a post-meal cider before heading out into the day.
