Progressive menu with a strong emphasis on seasonal Irish food. Really interesting combinations on offer with stunning presentation.

Price Point:

Starters range from €6-13 while mains come in at around €22

Atmosphere:

This restaurant is perhaps the largest I’ve ever been in but, they’ve sectioned it really well as to create the intimacy of smaller spaces & each section is serviced individually. The atmosphere was relaxed with a mix of corporate and personal parties, the tables were well spaced (which I always appreciate!) and the decor was warm and inviting.

Service:

Our service was attentive with our waiter making sure we were well looked after. They knew the menu well and ensured our drinks were topped up at all times.

Why I liked it enough to share:

The restaurants that bring us exciting seasonal Irish offerings are few & far between so one that does it this well and, in such a stunning location (the grounds of this hotel are out of this world!) are worth noting.
