Happy Out, Bull Island

Their menu is limited to just a few sandwiches and soup but what they lack in selection they make up for in flavour so I have no problem with that!

Price Point:

Around €7 for the generous sized sandwiches.

Atmosphere:

There’s a sizable outdoor patio in the front of this converted shipping container with a bucket of blankets to keep customers warm as well as a modest but cosy indoor area (dog-friendly!) to nibble sandwiches and chat. Most people are starting or finishing a walk on beautiful bull island so spirits are high.

Service:

Pay and wait set up with friendly staff at the till.

Why I liked it enough to share:

The coffee was delicious (they have a selection of non-dairy milks too which was a pleasant surprise), it’s a funky looking spot, they’re dog friendly and my sandwich was tasty AF… all that topped with the prospects of a lovely walk ahead of you, whats not to love?
