Well, another year is over & I can’t quite believe it, 2013 has been amazing. I arrived home in February after over 2 years away travelling 14 countries, I was worried I wouldn’t settle but I appreciate now, more than ever how lucky I am to live in a city that has so much to offer and, that I have beautiful friends and family to share it with. Since coming home I have fallen into a new job that I love, seen new things, gone new places & have not stopped attempting to experience all that life has to offer (even if my reach is much smaller now that I am not jumping from place to place!)

I have had some amazing times with old friends and new, I have learnt some hard lessons but, on the other hand, have been pleasantly surprised by what humanity continues to offer.

More than anything, 2013 has thought me to take initiative and that the world is as big (or, as small) as you make it.
