During the warmer months of the year I like to get the layers off (when the Irish weather infrequently allows this!) and get the stems out but, being so unfamiliar with being bare-legged can make me feel quite concious when it when the time does actually come. I usually just make-do with a bit of tan and hope for the best as I’ve always felt that ‘nude’ tights look quite powdery but, when Wolford approached me about collaborating I was only too happy to try out their natural colour tights range… having had their tights in black before, I knew I could expect high quality.

Wearing these tights allowed me to get the legs out without feeling ‘bare legged’…. they pull you together & leave a beautiful airbrushed look on the skin without looking like your even wearing tights, I’m converted! Mark my word, I wont be without them for the rest of the summer!

If you’ve followed the blog for a while you’ll know I love mixing masculine & feminine elements so I paired these beautiful H&M lace detail shorts with simple androgynous shoes to prevent the look for being too girlie. The finished outfit was easy to wear and just the right amount of ‘put together’… win win.
