For Paddy’s day this year we headed to the outdoor Telephones ‘snakes out’ event…. I’d convinced myself that it was going to be a scorcher despite all rational reasoning to suggest otherwise but, I kept my conviction until the morning arrived when it wasnt the sunshine filled that I’d envisioned.

After I’d come to terms with the fact that it wasnt a suitable day to spend outside in culottes, I went with a plan B which involved plenty of layering to keep the chill at bay. I didn’t want to give up all compulsion to go with a summery look so layering 2 kimonos into the look seemed to satisfy that urge.
