Taste At Rustic, George’s Street

Menu/ Dishes:

‘Taste at Rustic is an exciting new restaurant in the heart of Dublin City. A new food experience by Dylan McGrath to explore the idea of flavour, tastes and in the room cooking, while being influenced by Japan, Spain and South America.’

Sean and I went with lots of little tasting bits from the menu.

Price Point:

Mains start at €18 while smaller nibbles start at €4, this is not the most budget-friendly restaurant but I can say without hesitation that the food is worth the price point… incredibly fresh and bursting with flavour.

Atmosphere:

Busy little spot but never feels to hectic. There tends to be a good mix of friend groups and couples on date night which crates a nice tone.

Service:

Highly professional service; the staff’s knowledge of the menu was impeccable.

Why I Liked It Enough To Share:

The menu is exciting, the presentation is stunning, the food is absolutely delicious and the service is flawless… what more could you want!?
