The Little Kitchen, Lesson Street
The Little Kitchen, Lesson Street
Dublin’s infamous Vintage kitchen have thankfully made concerted efforts to alleviate the woes of trying to get a booking in their ever popular establishment by opening a sister restaurant on Lesson street. Similar menu, same BYO policy, comparable intimate setting.
At a glance the menu may seem a little pricey with 2 courses costing 30EUR but, considering there is no corkage fee with that you can have yourself a very nice (excessively nice perhaps?) evening for under 50EUR. The food was delicious; the vintage kitchen’s high standards have not gone a miss here and, the staff were polite & attentive.
I find BYO policies brilliant for a large group or corporate night out; everyone knows beforehand how much the meal is going to cost & there’s no need to worry is Sally from HR is lashing down the wine that you’ll be expected to split the cost of come the end of the night. So, if you’re looking for a good spot to celebrate a birthday or work event without completely blowing the budget, this is the place for you.
