Tiller and Grain, Frederick Street

Menu/Dishes:

Super healthy breakfast and lunch spot with lots of dishes to choose from. I went for a mixed salad plate with salmon.

Price Point:

My dish was €13 which I felt was fair for the quality of ingredients and city centre location of the cafe.

Atmosphere:

I went during the lunch service which was busy with a high footfall of takeaway and sit-in customers, There was a nice vibe to the place which was busy but didn’t feel chaotic.

Service:

Super friendly staff. You order and wait at the counter which suited the relaxed vibe of this cafe. The staff appeared to know the menu really well and seemed excited about what the menu offered.

Why I Liked it Enough to Share:

The food was super tasty, the salad options were varied and bursting with flavour and, the relaxed vibe coupled with a quick service time means it’s the perfect option for a quick healthy lunch in the city.
