On Thursday I was lucky enough to go to the Alex & Ani talk series in association with the insider magazine. It was a magical night with Caroline Casey giving the most beautiful talk. Hand crafted artisanal jewelry, inspirational speeches, plenty of treats and great company made this perfect evening what it was.
There is something so special about spending time surrounded by positive people; the older I get the more important this seems to me as I have felt the toxic effect of associating with negative people. After listening to Casey talk about her extraordinary life and the risks she has taken that make it all worthwhile I felt absolutely wonderful 🙂
