The Quality or State of Being Asymmetric

Firstly, it may not seem as apparent to you guys but, yes, I have been butchered…. I went for a trim & made the grave mistake of suggesting that the hairdresser take off ‘whatever is  necessary’ and then , BAM! 4 inches, gone!! This would have killed me a few years ago when my hair was blonde & wouldn’t grow without snapping at the ends but it’s not such a tragedy now I guess and well, it does look pretty healthy… I suppose.

I was in a bit of a random mood when I put this outfit together for coffee with a friend… a dress over jeans? Must have been channelling 90s viiiiibes but as I always say, if you feel good, go for it.

Anyway, even if a few inches of hair lost seemed life changing (and the fact that I ruined my favourite shirt in the wash yesterday… a story for another day) then let me just remind you that today is the start of another bank holiday weekend and that makes it allllllll good :). Hope you guys have a great one.xx

Asymmetrical Topshop boutique dress, Dublin flea. Birkenstocks & necklaces, Ebay. Leather look jeans, Zara. Clutch, thrifted. FCUK shirt (DIY studded), thrifted. Rings, Bali market.

  • This always happens to me at the hairdressers. Double the inches I want, so now I tend to half what I really want and they will cut to the ideal length. Your do looks amazing, though. Did you have it coloured again? It looks a little highlighted and very nice. Once again, I love the outfit. The bag is so, so pretty! Rosemary x

Whatever you did to your hair, it looks healthy and fabulous. I love this length! 🙂

I think jeans under a dress is so 90’s it’s perfect. The trends always come back, you know.
