We will discuss the 4 main versions of the diet – gourmet raw, HCLF (high carbohydrate low-fat), fruitarianism, and RawTil4. Raw food is considered “extreme” even among plant-based eaters, and Greg will share his knowledge of 2+ years on raw food. He will discuss health benefits, nutrients, calories, planning, dealing with the stigma around the diet, and answer any questions that you may have.

The aim of the talk is not to convert you to a raw foodist, or convince you to move away from cooked food. It is only designed to educate you on the health benefits of the diet and may encourage you to incorporate more raw foods into you existing eating habits.
