Andrygenous Simplicity

On Sunday just gone I headed out to the Dublin flea like I do every month unless I am stuck in work. I am finding myself relying on the flea market more & more to source new clothes… there are usually a few very stylish people selling their very stylish wares for next to nothing, coupled with the fact that it’s a great day out & that they serve very strong coffee (it IS a Sunday!) adds up to the perfect weekend day out 🙂

It only occurred to me when I returned from a recent run through the Rathmines charity shops and began the usual ‘who’s wardrobe will it go in?’, ‘I bought this for you, well, for me, no for you….’ scenario with my boyfriend that I realise how much I lean to men’s clothing for day-to-day looks…. I am a massive fan of shirt, I find them so easy to wear and find myself dipping equally into the men’s and women’s sections when out shopping. It does depend on your body shape as to how well men’s clothing fits your frame but for me, being petite on top, I don’t have that worry of shirts draping over large boobs & making me look unfairly larger. The shirt section of my wardrobe is gaining momentum at a pretty rapid pace and, for now, I’m very happy with that 🙂

Cheap monday’s, Nike air max, Calvin Klein shirt, jacket & hat all thrifted from the men’s sections of charity shops.
